Surf School
At S.S.S. Surf School we keep safety paramount but never hold back on your progression and always make learning fun. We have clear and easy to understand teaching methods that we build around you.
For total beginners everything is first learnt on the beach and then in the water. The first few lessons are spent in waist depth water before learning how to paddle out and catch unbroken waves. Our beginner lessons have in depth background knowledge, including: wave formation, surfboard design, tides and how they affect waves, fitness for surfing, types of surf spots and surf prediction.
We are based at the beautiful Sunset beach in the Pelabuhan Ratu beach resort area of West Java, Indonesia. Its beach is regularly patrolled by lifeguards stationed at the beach. All of our instructors are well-established surfers with extensive knowledge of the area.
Our Schedule:
10.30-12.30 Warm up and beach session with recap
12.30-13.30 Lunch and briefing
13.30-15.00 Afternoon surf and beach session
15.00-16.00 Warm down and debrief.
Prices: For five days coaching per person including accommodation and transport: £190.00, $310.00.
